FAQ: How to change the battery

The wider end of the thermometer will have a cap that can be removed. Just pop that off. Using either a small screwdriver or tweezers on the button side slide the battery holder out. Turn over & pop the battery out. Replace with a LR41 which can be found at most hardware, chemists, camera shops.
