Shipping & Returns

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service if you are not happy then we want to hear about it.

We strive to deliver your online order in the fastest possible time.  In-Stock orders are shipped next day and can take 3-5 business days to deliver.  You will be provided with a tracking number for your order as soon as it is shipped.

We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. Items may be returned to Dixon Smith Equestrian (at the address below) within 30 days of product receipt.

If you want to return a product, please contact us before sending back any goods, please email info@dixonsmith.com.au or phone 1300 877 899 outlining why you wish to return your product (from the options below) so we can assist you with your return.

A – Wrong Size Ordered
B – Faulty Product (give details)
C – Product not as ordered (provide details)
D – Dissatisfied with product
E – Other (provide details)

To return an item, it MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase.

The product must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition and not used.

Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser’s original credit card or their PayPal Account. Credits or exchanges can be arranged.
