I haven't had the opportunity to use them but they are well made and sturdy.
- Use a soft fabric tape measure with inch increments.
- Measure around the widest part of your hand, excluding your thumb. The tape measure should be snug and straight, but not tight.
- The number of inches around your hand represents your glove size. If in-between a size select the next size up.
